Who we are
Tracing Ace and tracingace.com are made by Dot Studios LLC, in the United States. You can reach us at support@tracingace.com.
The app
Tracing Ace is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which covers apps downloaded from the App Store. For the app, that agreement is the whole of the terms; nothing on this page changes it.
Your drawings, and Peter’s artwork
What you draw in Tracing Ace is yours to keep and to share with family and friends — that’s what it’s for. We never see your drawings and claim no rights in them. The outlines you trace, and the characters, lettering and other artwork in the app, are by Peter H. Reynolds and protected by copyright: please don’t copy them out of the app, or sell them or your traced drawings.
Subscriptions
The app offers an optional auto-renewing subscription that opens every drawing. It is sold and billed by Apple through the App Store, at the price and for the length shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. With Family Sharing set up, everyone in your family group can use it. Apple will tell you before any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
Apple handles refunds: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Drawings you have made stay in your Gallery whether or not you subscribe. The app’s grown-ups area, including purchases, is for parents and guardians.

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dot Studios LLC is registered, without taking away any consumer protections where you live. The app is governed by Apple’s agreement above.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
